Complaint Review: LIberty Capital Services INC. - Internet Internet

Armando Castanedo has lied again and again on my company. He purchased files through my brokerage firm. They were 2008 Capital one credit cards. He loves what he see we make the deal. I call him about a week after the transaction he says everything is fine the accounts are loaded in his system and he has already received a few payments so things are looking up and he is looking to purchase more files from my company. So he asked what else could we provide so I forwarded him a few mask ports of other accounts we have. He looked them over and said he would like to make a deal on these as well. Then we go back and forth about a bit of paper work issues and concerns he had. I resolve that issue. Then a day or two later I receive a call from him that says he ran the accounts through a credit system and they all came back as 2004 accounts. So I say send me the verification on this. Immediately I call other clients who have purchased from the same batch. He also called them prior to me calling them because they told me so. So I ask them if they have the same problems they all agree on the same answer which is no and one told me he he spoke with Mr Armando and he told him they are 2008 accounts and he has no problems with them. Mr Armando then calls me and says something has to be done. With no proof from Capital One whom he claimed he called and they said the account numbers were altered and the accounts were actually 2004. I called capital one and how could I be so naive to believe Mr Armando because all representatives told me the same thing, WE CAN NOT DISCLOSE 3RD PARTY INFORMATION...So I asked well who did Mr Armando talk to to get his info? They said, well honestly there is no one who will disclose information to a 3rd party with out the first parties consent...DUH...Im in the collection industry I should've known that Mr. Armando was lying when he said he spoke with a rep who verified the account numbers we're altered. Anyways, My seller still agrees to replacement accounts the same day. Mr Armando Agrees as well. I have email to back up all that I say...goin on. Mr. Armando approves and I told him hold on let me contact the seller and lets get rolling on these replacement accounts. While waiting for the seller, I get an email that says scam report alert. I click and its a story from Mr. Armando saying I robbed him and his company. While he is waiting for his replacement accounts he is writing up a story of robbery. Who is really getting robbed here? You have purchased paying accounts with a Chain and Bill of Sale. Who is really getting robbed? You have already sold some of the accounts. You told me so your self. You have already collected on some of the accounts, you told me so yourself. We still agreed to give you replacement accounts even though money was and is being made on those accounts and while you we're waiting for your replacements on the same day, you decide to write up a scam report. So you were gonna run off with the 10K accounts, the replacement accounts and have a scam report on a company you made tons of money off of and ran away with additional accounts on? Who is really getting robbed here? Mr. Armando is out to extort companies of their accounts. He will make money off of your material and then turn around and tell you, these accounts aren't what you say they are, even though numerous other clients whom one he has contacted differs with him, he still demands more accounts. I wish not to do business with him or his company any more and if I we're you, Id be careful on how you do business with him too
