James Jamir scams clients, and also scams employees, student loan consolidations are a joke, they have laid off all the employees without paying them the last paycheck, also never gets back to clients. The owners are always smoking weed outside of a tile factory that they think they are a legitimate business. I got laid off last week and now i found out they cannot even afford to pay me my draw for working there.
Richard Le is also a drug addict who helps James Jamir with this scam and is now opening a new company in Tustin, CA which i have found the address, every client they have signed up they never helped at all, they always said who cares don't call them back. I warn you as a previous employee here he will take the clients money and start up new companies and won't pay any employees. Please be warned the new company name is Americas Student Debt Relief and the address is 2913 E Camino Real Ste#701, Tustin CA. please do not do any business with them as they will not help any clients and when they laid everyone off they didn't pay them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

To Whom This May Concern,
1) James Jamir, Richard Le, and Chris Chatman are not and never have been affiliated with or employed by Americas Student Debt Relief LLC. Your posting indicated that these gentlemen closed down their old company (Liberty Student Relief) after scamming consumers, and now opened and own Americas Student Debt Relief, LLC. Per the California Secretary of State website, these gentlemen do not own America's Student Debt Relief, LLC, nor are they employed by this company. This is evidence that your report is false or a hoax.
2) To be clear, your post indicates that Liberty Student Relief scammed consumers, not that Americas Student Debt Relief, LLC participated in such unethical business practices. The fact that they allegedly did this, as we cannot confirm or deny accusations on their behalf, is unfortunate because it damages the industry reputation and gives legitimate companies, such as ours, a bad reputation. We pride ourselves on ethical business practices and will not have you associate our company with illegitimate businesses or individuals. Further, Liberty Student Relief is in Anaheim, which is a completely different city from America's Student Debt Relief (ASDR). Once again, ASDR has no affiliation with Liberty Student Relief, with James Jamir, Richard, Le, and Chris Chatman, and does not know who these gentlemen are that you are posting about. Again, your post is false or a hoax as it relates to America's Student Debt Relief, LLC.
3) America's Student Debt Relief is proud to be one of the ONLY fully compliant student debt relief companies. Our company is also one of the only companies that gives back to Americans by awarding our clients money towards paying off ALL of their student debt.
4) Please remove or remedy this post relating to America's Student Debt Relief, as it is clearly misinformed, a misrepresentation, and slanderous. Our company, however, can not advocate for or speak for Liberty Student Relief with respect to the content in this post as it relates to them. As such, you are free to post whatever you'd like with respect to Liberty Student Relief, James Jamir, Richard Le, and Chris Chatman. Please be advised that you are not free to post false or slanderous accusations relating to America's Student Debt Relief, or any of its owners or employees.
