Liberty Tax - Ron Reger - Hanover, Pennsylvania They took 7 weeks to prepare my taxes and it took repeated phone calls just to get it done Internet, Internet
It took over 7 weeks for the Liberty Tax of Hanover, PA franchise owned by Ron Reger to complete my corporate tax return. He ignored numerous phone calls from myself and their corporate office. The incompetence and arrogance of this man to take this long to prepare my taxes, make mistakes on my return, not answer my phone calls, make me pay a fee I did not agree upon, hold my return as ransom if I did not pay, then refuse to refund my payment after I was clearly unsatisfied. The corporate policy is to guarantee satisfaction or your money back. I opened up a federal trade commission complaint against them for false advertising after many repeated attempts to get my money back and my clear and justified dissatisfaction.
