Lifetime Bath is located in Auburn, Washington & also Scottsdale Arizona. They also sell on eBay, of which I thought I was going to get triple protection from eBay, PayPal & my credit card company. Only when it was all too late, did I learn i was wrong. Lifetime Bath shipped me a broken $4k shower/steam/whirlpool tub which was different from the picture of sliding doors they advertised, instead came with glass doors that won't close properly all the way and lets the steam out. The tub came in 2 separate boxes that each weigh hundreds of pounds & require several strong men for carrying & assembly. I had to hire a moving company to bring from my driveway to my 2nd floor master bathroom $1000 with 5 movers. Next I had to hire a licensed electrician & contractor to assemble & run power to the unit. $1500. Now I'm $6500 into this tub that leaks everywhere, has the flimsiest and cheapest plastic and parts. The menu was is in Chinese. Nothing works on the tub. The steam is broken, the main motherboard screen won't light up or come on, both shower head lines broke apart, the music , TV and audio input doesn't work. Lifetime Bath says they gave me a lifetime warranty, but they won't send me any replacement parts.?? They refuse to ship them out or send someone to fix. Lifetime said they would issue me a $500 credit for my problems and to help ship it back, but no credit was ever received. They won't answer emails or telephone calls from me. It's going to cost not only the shipping of hundreds of pounds back to them, but also disassembly and movers to take back to driveway. Who's paying for that's? That's at least another $2k Initially I disputed with eBay & PayPal. Then my American Express card came in to help. Except that Lifetime Bath has an extraordinary way of dragging the claim out, sending their refund/warranty/return policy to the credit card company and then saying they're working with the buyer to resolve. That way they get the time to elapse from the dispute. I've had to open 3 separate disputes over the past year. I'm opening another and then will have to take legal action. These are genuine scam artists that are peddling useless junk on the internet, stealing $4k per unit from customers and not honoring their warranty or refund policies. Buyers Beware! Stay away from these rip off artists. Look at the reports on better business bureau which have very similar claims, but of course lifetime Bath isn't a bbb member.
