First and foremost, my illiterate friend, your reply makes absolutely no sense. Although my day is packed with satisfying customers and various other things, I will take a minute to try and end this nonsense once and for all. Before we go any further, let me break the terms that you are using down for you. rip-off noun Slang. 1.an act or instance of ripping off another or others; a theft. 2. exploitation, esp. of those who cannot prevent or counter it. rip-off noun Slang. 1.To steal from: thieves who ripped off the unsuspecting tourist. 2.To steal: ripped off a leather jacket while ostensibly trying on clothes. Now that we have that word clarified. Let me again ask you, how did our company rip you off? You stated yourself that you received your order. An order that is backed up by our pricelist as well as your signature on your receipt. And do I need to remind you that you in fact did purchase this. Just for the record, let me do a little comparison for you as well. You claim that you can purchase pictures for cheaper at Wal-Mart or a similar studio. Now, I must add that never before have we had an issue with our prices in our other promotional venues. If a customer did not feel that our prices were satisfactory to them, they simply did not purchase our product. I will now address your concern. This is a very valid point. As given to you by your constitutional right via the United States Anti-Trust laws, you have the option to purchase portraits wherever you choose. You did not have to purchase items from our company. However, this is where the comparison comes in. Our company did all of the work for you. We dressed and groomed your child for you. We eliminated you having to take time out of your busy day to take your child to Wal-Mart and watch him/her run around while you wait in an ungodly line to have your pictures taken. You did not have to schedule an appointment to come back and view your portraits; your portraits were waiting for you to view when you came to pick your child up, with minimal interruption to your normal day. Whereas most parents want to thank us for providing this service for them, you want to complain. Last but not least, let me break the most relevant comparison down to you. As our product is different from the normal color photos' that you are used to, it is defined as a specialty item. A specialty item is going to be more expensive in any aspect of business. If you did the proper research, you would find that other companies that do the exact same thing that we do, charge much more than we do for the same product. Take Knickerbockers for example, our package that we charge $49.95 for, this particular company charges over $80.00. Some companies start their minimum packages at $149.95. Are they a rip off too? Or are they just doing business as every other human in corporate America? There is a big difference in a customer not being satisfied and a customer being ripped off. You my friend, suffer from a disorder called buyer's remorse. Lifetime Studios provided a service for you and once your order was placed; your order was processed and shipped to you. This is in most circumstances considered good business. I hope that this could not only educate you but give you a better understanding of the ways that business works. 1st off put your self in my shoes i was under the understanding that i was getting the next to best package for 105.95 all i got was a freeee 8x10 free right???? and then i get a cd with 3 poses on it do not u think its a lil high for something free? the fact is i was sposse to get wallets and a 5x7 i do belive and yes i can get same things done at wallmart and a cd for 25$ and @ olanmills so 105.95 i get a cd thats all i paid for is that what u r saying i paid for a cd with 3 poses on it thats all i paid for correct cause thats all i got besides a freee!! 8x10 decption was your game and from what i read on here is your game u roll in towns and decive people and dont make good on your product so with that thats my case u lie cheat and steal from hard working people y else would u have a office phone thats a cell phone from Norfolk VIRGINIA but yet u r based out of prospect ky??? fly by nite conartest thats what u r and i hope the police and the bbb get to u and soon before u decive anyone else i know u will not be welcomed in our city again there r mass complants about your bussines

What is it exactly that you are reporting as fraud? The fact that you in fact did receive your portrait package and the correct completed order? Please help me out here as I am trying to understand where this report is coming from. Your portrait order as stated on our price sheet is as follows, you received your favorite proofs that you were able to take home with you that day, a portrait CD that you are able print additional portraits from, and a complimentary 8x10 portrait of your choice. As stated on our standard pricelist, this package sells for $99.95. If you did any additional research to support your claim, you would see that other companies charge between $200-$300 for portrait CDs due to the nature of the product. Unlike other companies that downscale their images and give you an image that is blurry when you enlarge it, we not only give you the same quality image that we use to print, but we also give you a copyright release form that allows you the freedom to have your pictures printed wherever you may choose. In regards to your order, if you will take a minute to look onto the receipt that you signed at the point of sale, you will see that it states Due to the nature of this product, there are no cancelations or refunds of any money paid towards this order. Please allow 4 weeks for your child's portraits to be delivered to their center.' The reason that we allow 4 weeks for delivery is to accommodate the parents that are not able to view and purchase on the days that we are at your center. The director ships us any additional orders and we process each order at the same time. Again, I am sorry that you feel that you have been ripped off. If you would take a minute to research your facts, you will see that you in fact received your completed order.
