ON 2/28/11
I ordered a pendant light that was "in stock" I paid with included 2nd day air charges.
I called on 2nd day when not received.  Lightingcatalog.com proceeded to tell me I
did not read their terms and conditions on a page hard to find on thier site that states
in stock ites arent really in stock at their facility and it will take up to 10-14 days for
them to get it in at their location.  I then requested it to be cancelled and me refunded,
Lightingcatalog.com proceeded to tell me I di not read their terms and conditions on the
same hhard to find page on their site that states you can not cancell an item, and if you
refuse it at shipping or send it back they will charge you a 20% resstock fee!! 
AS OF 4/10/11- I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITEM OR REFUND
THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.
THEY DONT ANSWER INQUIRYS OF THE REFUND I SEND
