I placed my order for a formal dress on February 13, 2014 and paid for expedited delivery 3-5 days.  My event is on March 1, 2014 .I waited until February 20, 2014 to try to get in touch with the customer service department. All I could do was go to the my order there is not a link to created a fix it ticket , but I could find my payment was received on February 13, 2014 but my order was pending expected to be delivered by March 20, 2014. Status is " on time " how is this 3-5 days shipping expidious.  How do start a ticket or stop an order, why wasn't  I contacted if I was not 

Able to receive by order within the time frame I paid for. Ihad to get another dress  for twice the amount . I don't want this dress my event will be over 19 days before I get it. I want to know how to contact these people and I want my money back.
