Light in the box. Please note that I have tried to resolve a problem of canceling pending orders from this company. I've tried for 3 hours now to send to them and nothing I try works. HA HA i need to delete the pending orders just can't get ANY real help from them. Just bogus addresse. Nationwide

They finally ask me to send a jpg file of the screen I kept getting(which was not the screen I should have been on). I've tried for 3 hours now to send to them and nothing I try works. HA HA i need to delete the pending orders just can't get ANY real help from them. Just bogus addresse
No customer service that works.

Lightinthebox has two to three sites on the Internet. I went to one of them that I have never tried and I was able to delete the pending orders!! Please let others know they have more than one site on the net. May help others. Thank you, please set my ripoff report to resolved. (By me).
