I am so disgusted by your company and the way it treats people. You need to remember that behind every rebate is a human story. Companies like yours make it difficult for my son and I to have faith in the system altogether. He hopes to work for a company that develops hardware, but is terribly disillusioned.
Ironically, my son could have worked for you someday and made you a lot of money. He is only a teenager, but is a very gifted engineer. Although, he is only in high school, he is very advanced. His teachers say he will probably develop some breakthrough. Right now he is working on optic displays for biometric measurements.
Anyway, my son bought your 17" Futura monitor at Fry's and one week later he mailed in the coupon following all the directions. He was going to get me one for my computer, but I talked him out of it. I am so glad I did. He really needed the rebate money for other things. He is just so upset that he has not gotten his money yet, just before Christmas.
He has tried every thing. He has made several trips to Fry's to complain. He had them call to check the status of the rebate. He was even told that his rebate was on the way at one point. Fry's is so frustrated and apologetic also , they even told me about this web site hoping they might be able to help him. I think you owe him a double refund for all his trouble and aggravation. You should be ashamed of yourself.
