Lincoln Propertys AKA Seneca Creek Apartments Lutz FL WTF Lutz Florida
STAY AWAY RUN FOR THE HILLS. Cypress Creek is by far the worst place you could ever live. I was mislead, straight out lied to, had to deal with mold in my appartment of couse they just thought that was cute, dirty entrance around doors and hallway with spit and dog crap, barking dogs everywhere, drunk screaming and fighting neighbors, police coming in the middle of the night , people pulling the fire alarms at 3am for a joke and they dont do anything about it, you got to step aroung all the dog poop on the way to your car and God forbid you walk in the grass and dont look down. The pool is not opened on time of course if you go ask the staff they will go out of there way to unlock the gate for you. One day the manager stopped with a box of candy and said oh by the way we are going to do some repairs to your apartment because it does not meet code. For three weeks I had immigrant workers coming in and out my apartment at will sawing, drywalling, for three straight weeks I would come home from work and spend two hours just cleaning up the dust and getting the drywall mud off my furniture and the floors. Nothing got stolen but some things got broken and the workers were nice enough to tell me what they broke. :) Well just be warned is all I can say about this h**l hole and dont take any of them for their word. Make sure they write a contract on every thing they make you believe they will do for you.
