We bought a female Green-wing Macaw from this breader. The bird have a Crocked Beack and she claim the bird will recover. We would have never bought her knowing that she will have crooked beak all her life.

I have not purchased from this breeder, but after reading this rant, I had to comment about the authors mindset.I implore you to do some research on how to care for your bird. "Crooked" or "scissor" beak is a common thing in parrots, especially Macaws. Browse just about any parrot website and you will learn this.
From the pictures you posted, your birds beak problem is not very bad compared to many I have seen. This kind of thing can be corrrected by proper maintenance (beak trimming by an experienced vet). I suspect you were told this, but you seem to beiieve you were told "It will get better, all by itself!" I doubt any breeder who has been in business for any length of time would say anything like that.
After seeing your rants on several different websites, it disgusts me how you are waging a campaign to destroy that breeders business, based more on your lack of knowledge of how to care for a macaw, than on anything else.
Find a good, experienced,(with parrots) vet, do some research, learn how to care for that new lifelong friend you've brought into your family! I suspect it will bring you many, many years of enjoyment! Just my $.02 worth.
