I bought a camera from Camera Queen on eBay. During bidding I asked questions and got an answer from
[email protected] &
[email protected], &
[email protected] I was bidding on 2 of the same cameras one for each of my daughters. I won one but not a second.
As soon as the auction was over I got a You Won message, then one about extending the warrantee to 3 years & 2 second chance offers. I replied to the warrantee and purchased that. I've received nothing in writing from them & I have gone back to their site & get no response.
I then replied to one of the second chance offers. Made a deal and paid. I have not seen the camera. NO CAMERA & NO MONEY. The first camera did arrive but from Linda's Camera World. I keep emailing to the addresses and get a message from a Carrie stating that no one at
[email protected] works for CameraQueen & I must have been scammed. Answers now come from
[email protected]How would someone other than an employee have access to the questions I asked? Yes the first contact was made by
[email protected], but other than the address that is responding to me now,
[email protected], the others were not identified as cameraqueen.
This morning I got back on the Internet. Before I purchased, on the bidding site was a recommendation to go to cameraworld.com. It was just a logo of a crown. Today it is changed to a message of something happening in March. Within eBay I went to my won items & accessed the camera. Their store is identified as Digital Camera Outlet; I opened that thinking maybe a different way to get in contact. The site has been striped.
Under stores I searched for CameraQueen & Linda's Camera World and they are gone.I searched for a phone number through the eBay system & none is available then using whitepages.com I searched & there is no listing. I finally found 702-292 0246 in another RIP OFF listing but that is a private home. The man that answered wanted to know where I got his number & was not pleased that it is being posted as a business.
The
[email protected] which answered my questions while bidding, how he could not be an employee since he contacted me during bidding questions. Below is info on his address & then part of the invoice I received.

A new email address was given to use if there were problems during payment
[email protected] After bidding on the second camera I received an invoice. It was in the same format as always, with the eBay logo & when I clicked on the item connection it went to the ebay site. I copied it to Microsoft Word & can now see that this was a cut & paste job.
I guess I've been duped, but since I was contacted by this Stelian person when I had a question during bidding I assumed he is an employee.
I feel that Camera-Queen/Linda's Camera World should send me the camera I ordered since they obviously have someone who is an employee scamming people or they somehow have a break in their system that is letting people in to get access to their selling site during transactions.
