Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP SP Plus Corporation This company is trying to make me pay a parking fine that I never recieved. It dates 12/7/12 San Antionio Internet
I have never recieved a parking fine at my university. I never drive off campus I use Uber. Any fines on campus are handled by the Campus Police. I have recieved 2 notices of a fine within the last month that was supposed to have occured on December 7, 2012. This is ridiculus because If there were a fine with my school they would have withheld my grades for the last 3 -4 semesters. I have no reason to drive off campus because the campus has shuttles. If I need to make an appt or off school campus event I use Uber because of limited parking. This is very shady due to the fact that it has been 3 years and I am just now getting these notices. This company needs to be investigated.
