tim is an ex employee of this company called cetisfied tax (spamming)? i think he could be unstable. the dollar amounts keep changing? first it was $5000 then it was $6000? soon it'll be more. anyone can post here and say what they want. almost every company good or bad has some sort of rip-off report on them. hope this guy gets some help.

They will burn you they burned me for over $6000.00 dollars they are con artist dont let anyone tell you diffrent they burned over 650 people under certified irs solutions.

LION TAX CORP is llc'd in Nevada and there license is revoked i have copys of the public information document they are not legal BEWARE.........THEYWILL RIP YOU OFF....

The website they operate under can be taken away in a heartbeat..Do they have numbers you can reach them at NO.....It is a 866 hotline.........DO they have a office NO......They work from a P.O. BOX .................I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!

Whether you know it or not Lion tax corp is the second tax resolution firm opened by spence and wade carlson. The first was certified irs solutions they burned people for hundreds of thousands of dollars and left people all over the u.s. in trouble......they then opened up lion tax corp which is the same people i have been following them for some time and have a list of over 100 people they burned........Spence and wade you are being watched and a suit is pending with the attoney general against you all......you cannot continue to do business you burned me for $5000 and did not do anything for me i was worse of than before..............i have reported you to the fbi also.........your days are numbered........i have all the employees names and know your locations including your ol buddy pete he even had a tax resolution firm going for a while.........

I want to withdraw my complaint and express my regret in filing it. I feel my decision to hire Lion Tax Corporation was the right thing to do and my confidence in Spence Carlson is renewed. I am pleased to report that Spence Carlson of Lion Tax Corporation followed up with me shortly after I submitted a complaint in late January. It now appears that my complaint was premature and that I over reacted. As it turns out Mr. Carlson was out of the office for a few days and that is the reason my calls and emails were not answered right away. I have had several conversations with Mr. Carlson since late January and we are back on track toward what I am hopeful will be a final resolution of my tax problems with the IRS. I discussed the status of my case with Mr. Carlson today, April 6^th and we have agreed on a timeline to file my pending returns with the IRS and proceed with an offer and compromise.

I never heard of Lion Tax Corporation until yesterday. The post is detailed and seems from the heart so it may be true.  However, you cannot judge a company by 1 complaint.  No one has 100% happy customers except maybe the local dope dealer.  Lion Tax may do great work overall, I really don't know about their track record.  What I do know is that they are not listed as a corporation with the Texas Secretary of State.  There is a Lion Tax LLC out of Nevada who filed for a charter back in 2008 but their charter is revoked currently.  Don't know if it is the same outfit or not.  But it does raise a question.

Do you want to do business with a company that may not be a real corporation?  No Texas Charter and no foreign charter registered with Texas.  A similar company out of Nevada with a revoked charter.  Hmmmm, seems odd.  Parker may or not be a real customer but is Lion Tax Corporation a real corp?  One other thing, on the website Lion claims to "settle" your IRS issue in 30 days.  That is very funny.  Most IRS issues take 3-6 months to resolve.  The only thing one can normally resolve in 30 days is payment in full or a payment plan.  The Romans gave a timeless warning that applies here: Caveat Emptor! 

If something sounds to good to be true, it probably is...... 

We have tried locating this customer but we do not have any clients with this name at that state with those $ amounts. I dont want to seem rude but if this is a real client please contact us and we will work this out. Please provide real information and we can help you? This seems to be a person that is hiding their real information which puts us in a position where we cannot do anything to help them. We are sorry you have had a bad experience with us but again without REAL credentials there is nothing we can do.
