LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP Total Fraud on the Modification Program Houston, Texas
I was 1 month behind and called Litton Loan to see if there was a way that I could make monthly payments along with my regular monthly payments, they said I was not eligable for that but I was eligable for the modification trial, I then filled out the paperwork and made my payments like they said and each month I asked the question of "are you sure this is not hurting me" they said no. In November I get a letter from the forclosing attorney that my loan is in forclosure, I called Litton they said I was denied the modification, even though I never received a letter. Now they can't find the payments that were made to be applied to the loan and I can't get a hold of anyone that will give me answers.
I went from being 1 month behind to forclosure. How does this happen and they can get away with it. thank god I saved my statements showing the payments went to them.

I had the same experience of trial modification and them returning my cashiers check and then sending a letter stating I did not make the agreement. What is your lawyer's name so all of us can contact him or her.

I was not behind when I called Litton Loan to apply for a loan mod however my husband and I self employed and could not refinance because of the current market not to mention the fact we had an adjustable that they are billing wrong and over the cap interest making them in breech of the agreement itself. Now I don't even know who actually owns or if there even is a note. Once I got "approved" initially for loan mod trial they then switched and switched making me late....then eventually foreclosing without ever notifying me directly and just telling me to ignore the letter because they are working with me and there are different departments that don't communicate to each other. Now of course they have NOOO idea who I am or how I will fight this to the end educating everyone I can on them and their deceptive practices. Document everything you. Get the book 23 Legal Defenses to Foreclosure... Google Mortgage Service Fraud..Dont be shocked.....Get an attorney and tell them to call him...If you need one I am in Fl and have a great one...Let me know
