After contacting my Mortgage Loan Company, Chase Home Financing, in March of 2008, to find out my tax info, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that they had sold my mortgage to Litton Loan Services, back in July of 2007 without notification. I then pulled my credit report and found that Litton has absolutely destroyed my credit rating. I have NEVER been late with my payments and usually pay a bit over my minimum. Litton refuses to acknowledge the payments that HAVE been made via Bill Pay and they HAVE been provided PROOF, directly from my bank (WA Mutual) that payments were made and in a timely manner.

They are currently claiming that I am behind over $9000.00 in payments and excessive late fees have been applied. Litton has threatened with foreclosure and has stated that our Mortgage is in default. Litton has also failed to notify me of insurance issues and is charging me nearly $700 per month, for home owners insurance that has NEVER been agreed upon AND our insurance is only $51.00 per month.

Come to find out, the money we've been paying to escrow was never forwarded to renew our insurance policy, which came due in September of 2007. We were NEVER notified of the insurance issue and my agent actually waited an additional month for payment. Litton allowed my insurance to lapse and they are now charging me nearly $700 per month for insurance. Upon my agent contacting Litton, the individual proceeded to tell my agent that I was behind Several Payments on the loan. This is defamation of character and I'm beyond the point of taking them to task.

They are currently refusing to apply my payments to my account. They are holding those funds in a FORBEARANCE SUSPENSE ACCOUNT. HUH?? As my mortgage becomes more and more delinquent!

I have now been financially damaged as I cannot get a refi on my mortgage, due to the derogatory and defaming remarks that Litton has chosen to supply all three credit bureaus with. Not to mention, I was denied a mortgage refi and am paying HUGE interest on a used vehicle that was obviously affected by Litton's abuse. I also requested insurance quotes and received several via email. When I called and gave them my SS #, the premiums doubled plus!

I couldn't be in more agreement with you. I'm more than willing to join forces. We are scheduled for trial agaist Litton AND Chase this year. A class action would be SO much better. Make those ba$tards pay for their crimes! If we had done what they have done, we'd be behind bars for theft and or fraud. Here's another great Chase SCAMMIN issue...

Online bill pay. When WAMU had our checking account, we scheduled our online bill pay for our vehicle payment. It took WAMU 2-4 days to deliver our payments, so we scheduled them after our 10th payday. Our payment is due on the 15th. Well, when Chase took over WAMU, all of a sudden our payments were exiting our account on the 6th, the 7th, the 8th, the 9th, the 10th...but never AFTER our payday. WTH is that? Well they pull the money out of your account 5 days before they send the payment, which takes 5-7 days to get there after they send the payment...hhhhhhm????????? Where is that interest going??????????? 1/3 of a month of interest on all those payments????? That's a whole lot more huge than the .5 cent underpayment issue from big business!!! I know I'm not getting that interest! WHO THE HE// authorized those ba$tards to remove my funds over a week early??????????? We found out this past week 'cause we needed to purchase plane tickes and guess what....that money was GONE! A FLIPPIN WEEK EARLY!!!!!!!!!!! Is that how they justify the FREE online bill pay now? Well that's not blasted FREE!!!!!!!!! How many people have been charged OD fees due to this crap?????? Or how about bouncing checks on important payments....or better yet, can't buy food 'cause CHASE $crewed them over pulling their funds out nearly 2 weeks early?  OH then they tried to tell us they don't get interest on that money...do they think I was born yesterday?????????????? SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems that there are many of us in this leaking ship called Chase. We are going through the same thing, Have always paid on time and never missed a payment.  I think that it is time for us all to call CNN Jerri Willis and our local media to get the story out.  I don't know if Chase sold our mortgage. But it is strange that another person filed a simular report and had her mortgage modified in the same month and year we did.  I also think  that it is time for a class action law suit against Chase.  We too may go into foreclosure even though they admit that they can see $32,514.34 sitting in suspense.  All of the reversals of funds took place on one day December 15th of 2009. Let's join forces and fight.
