Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was initially contacted by Alyse from LiveDeal.com via telephone on December 8th, 2009.  Alyse stated that LiveDeal would initiate a campaign for my company that would allow me to optimize my position in the search results for various search engines.  She stated that LiveDeal would allow my company to move to the top of the natural and organic search results for Google, Yahoo!, and MSN.  She also claimed that the campaign that LiveDeal created would allow me to stay at the top of the search results even after my contract with them expired.

On December 9th, 2009 Alyse called to get information regarding key search words and ad words that would be relevant to my company. I agreed to allow LiveDeal to start the campaign and Alyse stated that there would be an initial fee of $1,500.00 and the rest would be charged to my credit card in the amount of $500.00 per month for a one-year period.  The agreement also stated that I would have a 90-day trial period and that I would have an option to cancel after the first three months.  Alyse stated that she would immediately begin working on the campaign and that she would contact me the next day to update me on my campaign.  She did post some information to the internet regarding my company; however, much of the information she posted contained incorrect contact information for my company.

On January 28th, 2010, I received a call from another salesman named Kim.  She claimed that LiveDeal offered different services from the services I was promised.  At that time, I was put on the phone with a supervisor named Maurice.  He claimed that LiveDeals offer was consistent with Kims sales pitch and not Alyses.  I e-mailed Alyse after my discussion with Maurice and she stated that Kim and Maurice were not aware of the actions she had performed in working on my campaign.  Therefore, the sales pitch they gave me was not the same offer she had given me and that her offer was providing me with more than what I had actually paid for.

On February 1, 2010, Alyse e-mailed me and told me that I would be receiving Google postcards for various maps listing that she was able to claim for my company.  I have yet to receive them.

The representatives I have been in contact with at LiveDeal.com have provided excuse after excuse.  They keep telling me to wait and I will begin to see the improvements they have made in my position among the search results of the above-referenced search engines.  LiveDeal.com is merely a scam and they have continuously provided excuses for why I am not seeing any results.  They have engaged in deceptive advertising and fraudulent misrepresentation.  Their claims that they can put my company at the top of the natural and organic search results are baseless and have proven to be complete lies.  They have misrepresented what they could do for my company, and thus, they fraudulently induced me to enter into a contract with them.

Due to the unprofessional and misleading practices of LiveDeal.com I feel that LiveDeal.com should provide me with a full refund of the six thousand dollars I have paid them.
