My account was terminated without a cause without warning.

I received an e-mail with no explaination at all.

I e-mailed and called the company several times to find out if I could resolve this issue.

I have had no response to this situation.

I just paid my $5.00 to continue nationwide service and they terminated the account. No refund of said money.

The business practice of this company leaves a bad taste in one's mouth.

the service isn't great. Can't get the site to work half the time and grapics are a joke. Can't get them to download to see them. And of course the policy is writte so they are not responsible for anything. I would suggest people use other advertisers that have better programs.

Finally received an answer after repeated e-mails. They restored my account and explained why they terminated my account. They put the horse after the cart. What a way to do business. Seems it's against policy to put any contact info on the ads. Been doing that forever. A warning would have fixed it . But they don't give warnings.
