Exact same thing happened to me in the metroplex and I have called several times and they won't even let me speak with the salesman. How do we report this??

I got taken in too - the sales man was Robert Martin - he told me that I would have free head shots done, that it was going to print June 1st - would be handed to every customer as they leave Kroger - 5000/week. Then it was July 1st - then August 1st - etc. then I couldn't get a call back but did get an e-mail.
In the email I told them my concerns and that I had contacted and attorney - that day they processed payment on my credit card. When I called Rob mid-Summer to complain he told me he would give me a second store. I went to both Kroger - it isn't in either and in where all the free publications are - there isn't even a spot for Living Green.
