Recieved call in March of 2013, unsolicitied, concerning credit card balance 'reduction', stated to be 'guaranteed' services 'or money back' and a promised plus of a zero interest credit card. Logic Works convinced me to try for assistance programs for credit customers approaching or in defalut in their accounts, which was going to actually happen to me within the next three to four months because of lack of income.
Logic Works failed in both instances of my credit cards to obtain the services promised, nor have they provided, supplied or obtained that promised 'zero interest credit card'. They HAVE however obtianed about $600 in direct drafts from my bank account. Logic Works did make the attempt at both credit card accounts, but as mentioned, failed to obtain the promised interest rate reductions or the promised payment plans.
I have personally obtained the Chase MasterCard account 'help' plan ON MY OWN when Chase MasterCard called me directly about the first missed payment. It is now an agreement, set up and in operation. The PayPal / GE MasterCard remains as of 5-13-13 in it's normal 25% maximum interest rate, unresolved
