My parents ordered a Hairless Chinese Crested purse for me for Christmas and we have still not received it. We received a notification that the item shipped but nothing ever showed. It is now outside of their "window" to dispute the issue. The website is no longer working to contact the seller either.

Ms Hollenbeck seems to be quite mobile. 

The address originally posted was indeed valid for some period of time as it was linked to London Canine Couture and the web site "londoncaninecouture.com" in the BBB database.  There are several addresses that are linked to the specific business name and the specific web site.  I have no idea which one was valid at the time of the original purchase because dates are not posted on the Better Business Bureau web site:

I don't really care to get involved in any back and forths, but wanted to post that the address and telephone number for LCC as shown in the header are incorrect. LCC and the owners sold that brick and mortar location in May 2011, and the new owners are not affiliated with Ms. Hollenbeck or LCC. I would hate for their name or business to be dragged into something they aren't a part of because of someone else's business practices. I happen to know them and know they wouldn't carry on like this.

I just wanted to post to correct that the address and telephone # for LCC as shown in the header above are incorrect - this was the former brick and mortar location of that company and is no longer current or owned by Ms. Hollenbeck. Don't really care much about LCC's business dealings, but wanted to se the record straight as I know who does own that address now and I wouldn't want to see them dragged into anything they weren't responsible for!

This ripoff report needs an update to set the record straight.  It remains a ripoff none the less.

The subject transaction was made through the now defunct web site, londoncaninecouture.com, and was paid via Paypal.  In hind-sight, there was no follow-up order confirmation, ship tracking number, or any other correspondence from the seller.  The original poster mistakenly assumed the valid Paypal transaction numbers contained a tracking number.

Unfortunately, the un-received order went un-noticed until the 45 day window for Paypal disputes had passed.  Paypal has still been notified of the "item not received" dispute, but it is too late for Paypal to take action.  In recent private email exchanges, Danelle Hollenbeck has demanded the tracking number for resolution, but that is impossible as none is available.  If a valid tracking number were available, the problem would move to the shipping/delivery entity, not Danelle Hollenbeck.

Danelle Hollenbeck's responses and actions have proven to be vindictive and spiteful rather than helpful to resolve the issue with factual information.  The "item not received" problem has submitted to the West Florida Better Business Bureau. 

This site has proven to be unproductive as an avenue to seek amicable problem resolution.

You lied and said you couldn't get the money back then you lied and said you are in the process of reversing the charges and now you are lying saying you can't. 

Paypal gives you 45 days to dispute a transaction if you didn't receive it or you didn't get it as described.  If your parents ordered this for Xmas for you and it didn't arrive how comes they didn't open a dispute right after Christmas?  Say they ordered it one week before Xmas and it was the 20th, your parents would have 45 days to file a dispute! Which means MID FEBRUARY--- which means WOW you didn't open a dispute and voila here we are end of February, slandering a business name and person on the internet when it could have been handled via paypal. 

I hope the owner of this company sues you for libel and slander! If you went through PAYPAL then you CAN get your money back and can contact the company through the dispute resolution process.  If the company does NOT reply you automatically get your money back!!! Paypal's standards have risen since 10 years ago! Especially for buyers and the buying process.  You must be stupid or something.  And why isn't your parents posting and not you? I see you posted no tracking number!

Apparently you don't read who can file rebuttal's on ROR before you decide to slander and defame a business.  Any person interested in the report can file a rebuttal.  You are an idiot, and you are a joke.  It's stupid people like you ready to defame and slander an innocent business because no one wipes your butt in customer service that our economy is in the state it is in.  Why don't you let your parents respond to the Rip off Report next instead of you?  

Finally, paying with paypal would give you a contact email address for the business and phone number.  I have paid with paypal for LCC and the address and phone number you have listed in this Rip off Report is NOT the correct address to this company! I would post the email address but Rip off says I cannot.  You are out of order for your actions and slanderous comments intended to defame!

I can't believe someone who has nothing to do with this situation and can not help in any way would even respond to this report. We tried to file a reversal of the charges but are in fact outside of PayPals window to do so but continue to try. We can not contact this person as I stated to get our money back as her website is no longer funtioning or the item that we paid for.

I honestly didn't even read past the first line of your rebuttal. We have a valid report of being ripped off and filed it here. Apparently this site is a joke after all.

In your first write up you said "it's out of their window of dispute" and now you write you are in the process of having the charges reversed! You proved you JUST LIED! You lied in your first report! 

Do you realize these ROR's don't come off and they stay on the net like FOREVER?  You said you don't want to speak ill of anyone but you quickly write something has happened such as "It's out of their window of dispute" thus making it sound as if you have been ripped off and your money taken,  and then write something contradicting this that you are in the process of getting the charges reversed.  

Defaming a company and an individual. 

You do realize you can get sued for this?  Especially since you have put down your City and State?  All LCC has to do now is look up who this order is from, the city and state, and put 2 + 2 together and file a civil suit against you for defamation of character since that is what Rip Off Report articles suggest to do in order to get the article removed from google search engines.  

Where's the tracking number?  Post that and see where it went.  Let the readers see where it went! Instead of posting derogatory information to slander someone's name.  

I am laughing at your own words of "who would post their true identity on a crap website such as this".  But you USED this crap website to defame and slander.  If LCC really wanted to steal what a $35.00 priced item from you or your parents, why didn't they charge back to the credit card company and let them dispute it.  The Credit card company would have been in touch with LCC.  

I hope LCC DOES see this and decides to sue you in court over this defamation and slander. You stated it's out of your window of dispute and now you are doing a chargeback.  What lies!  I would suggest they find out who your name is and file their own rip off report against you for this and have your name blasted on the internet so when people google your name or I guess your parents since they ordered it, that they see you guys post horrible crap about people/ businesses without proper investigation and trying to handle it before getting to this point.  There IS a section where businesses and people can post about other people for the crap they have done such as yourself!

You make no sense because on one hand you are saying I am violating the ROR "rules" laugh laugh and then you call this a crap website.  You are usiing this "crap" website to try to defame.  Shame on you for your behavior! You KNOWINGLY understand this is a crap website and you still post horrible things without getting the facts. Anyone can post anything here using a "Fake" name and write all they want about a business to trash them...heck google has it, chase has it, capital one, etc and you know this.  Shame Shame SHAME.

I would offer to speak to you privately to help you handle this matter but I am too revved up that you have posted like this.  I understand and sympathize you didn't get your order, but did you ever think something happened or it was a mistake?  When ever I have a question on my orders I used the contact us on the website and I received a response.  I don't think they would jeopardize their reputation on a small item such as a crested hairless dog purse.

It seems as though the owner of London Canine Couture has responded to other complaints on here. So I hope that she sees this and offers to send us the item purchased. We are in the process of having the charges reversed. We have been unable to contact this person through any means. Her website is no longer up and we have no way of contacting her. We do not want to speak ill of anyone, we just don't want to be ripped off or have others be ripped off.

I have shopped with LCC for 9 years, never to have any issues with them.

I would like to know "whose" window is it out of? Credit card?  File a charge back.  Paypal, open a complaint.  You probably have done neither because your report is bogus.

You also sound like someone who speaks broken english and works for one of those SEO agencies who writes bogus reports on people or companies, such as this, and then submits it to the net.  Then contacting the business saying they have reports filed against them and with money they can hire you to remove it!

Put forth your real name and address.  You haven't done that.
