I witnessed this dolt in a high profile texting and driving case. He let his idiot client wear sunglasses on the top of his head. Good move Hollywood. A grieving family and you show up in court like that? Stupid and so disrespectful. Never hire Loni...he is an idiot.

Obviously you have missed the entire point of good legal advice vs. poor legal advice. Guilty or not in this case is not the issue. He admitted guilt and is not trying to evade the law. Just trying to reduce the impact on his future and salvage something out of his already screwed up life. The photo is just an example of how not to show up in court if you are truly contrite and sorry for your misdeeds. If I were the judge I would've given him the maximum for being so disrespectful in my court. A grieving family at a sentencing hearing and your dumbass lawyer doesn't think to tell his client to respectfully remove the phucking sunglasses from his head ??? WTF ? Seriously, how stupid are you really ? Sad realky that this world is so full of idiots...Loni included.

It seems that he is one of the attorneys that work in any no-chance to win case. His client will likely be lost and he did not need to do much. He is taking advantage of those who are vulnerable because they DID do something wrong.
On the other hand, I am not that sympathy to those who did something wrong and are trying to GET OUT of it. I believe you are the person who posted on here before (http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/ford-motor-credit/pasadena-california-91109/ford-motor-credit-ford-credit-said-they-would-refinance-our-car-loan-and-then-sent-out-th-1063722). The person who posted before ADMITTED that he did something wrong but want to "get out" of it, so he hopes that this attorney would help him out of what he did. I am glad he did not get out of it. Also, this post talks about HIGH PROFILE TEXTING while DRIVING! The person should NOT get out of what he is doing at all. Only punishment is appropriate and just hope that he will learn from what he did before anything worse happen.
