Loteria Primitiva, Madrid Spain financial ripoff dishonest fraud The words 'kiss my behind' immediately came to mind at this request. Madrid Spain
I received a letter from Loteria Primitiva stating that I had won 615,810.00 as well. A number of suspicions immediately arose, with the first being that I had no idea I had entered myself in a lottery abroad. You'd remember entering something like a lottery especially if it was abroad - unless you were senile or had some other form of mental incapacity that is.
The letter looked as if it was printed on a low grade colour printer from the back of someone bedroom on poor quality paper. I felt a little put out by this actually. I mean if you're trying to con someone then at least make an effort to appear convincing in the materials you use!
And I don't mean to be picky, but the spelling and grammar of these guys English was atrocious. They told me that I had won the draw on the 22th August and that was just one of their mistakes. Sorry but to go on but my Univeristy degree is in English!
But I digress, as like these other poor fellows, I was also asked to fax over sensitive banking information to effect a banks transfer for the huge sum I had allegedley won. The words 'kiss my behind' immediately came to mind at this request.
You have to laugh at these idiots really. No right minded thinking person would ever be taken in by the crap they send. Well hopefully anyway...
However, all was not lost as I did the right thing and recyled the paper, thus doing my bit for the environment and for my er, karma? The thing to remember in these situations is that if it's too good to be true, then it usually is!
