Lou Fuz Kia Saint Louis Do Not Buy From Lou Fusz Saint Louis Missouri
I purchased I used Dodge Nitro from Lou Fusz 3/17/2016. Not even 24hrs later, I noticed several issues with the vehicle. I had no heat, multiple electrical issues, and a vehicle has shut off on me while driving. They car has been leaking Engine coolant and washer fluid from day one. After talking with Lou Fusz they told me to have the car towed back in......I explained that I was comfortable buying a car that had this many issues, they told me I had signed a contract and was unable to return the vehicle. The said they would have the mechanic look at my car, 2days later they said my car was ready. I picked up my car after they had closed and my car was NOT fixed. It still had not heat and not the check engine light was on. I called them multiple times with no response. A few days later they called me to bring it back in......"I work for a living, I can't keep taking time out of my day to bring a car a just bought back up to get repaired for the 2nd time". They agree to give me a rental while my car was in the shop. I drive an SUV so they gave me a Nissan note an Economy size car and I'm 6'3. They finally called my the following Monday 4/4/2016 to say my car was ready. My car heat is still not working, multiple electrical issue still a problem including car randomly turning off. I have to constantly check my engine coolant level, and I cannot put washer fluid in my vehicle or else the leak out onto the engine and cause it to smoke. I have spent thousands of dollars so far, purchasing this vehicle, and getting it registered. I work full time and go to school I don't have time or extra money to be dealing with this.
