You must file an ethics complaint with the Oklahoma Bar Association. Forms can be found at OKBAR under the general public subject heading. The complaint form must be completed, signed and mailed to the bar association. This is the only way to stop these attorneys from acting fraudulently. The more complaints the bar association receives the more likely they are to act. Provide copies of the service you never signed if you are allowed to provide supporting evidence. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Oklahoma Attorney General's office. They will not be able to help you specifically, but the more complaints they receive the more likely action will be taken to prevent this from happening to someone else in the future.
