These people have a reputation of NOT responding. I hope you sent the letter via certified, registered mail for your proof, if not, send another. They won't offer you a legally upholding response, at this point you may start receiving "scam" type letters. They type their letters on what appears to be legally filed court documents, they copy the form of the court system, but these documents aren't filed with the courts, nor are they stamped with the court stamp. Check on the internet with your local court filings and you will see that what you receive is not on the court listing as being filed. They try to scare you into admissions. Never admit. You have taken the first step by reading these postings, most are accurate of what to do next. I have just left the courtroom a few hours ago where LBN never showed up for the hearing, I have checked the court records and out of 48 cases this afternoon, three of them were LBN, there was over $30 ,000 involved in these three suits alone, trust me, if they were legitimate suits,, there is NO way that they would have failed to show up for this. They lost all by default simply by not showing up. If the defendants had not shown up,, it's possible that we would have all lost by default to them. I think that LBN knew that they didn't have a chance at winning against those that challenge them. CHALLENGE THEM!!!
