Lowell McAdam's supposed assisant said to send them $19.00 and McAdam's would activate a certain number thereby enabling me to win the Powerball on 1/2/2016. I really hate that people try to prey on the elderly and/or desparate. Can you stop them? It was a letter with a postage paid envelope telling me the things this man supposedly did and could do for me if I signed and returned a form to them.
