Placed order December 7th 2008. Shipping choices $10.48 economy. Every other shipping option $70. Received email saying order shipped December 11th 2008. Checked website. They have a disclaimer saying they do not recommend economy they do not track it or guarantee it and they will not reship or refund if not received. But, economy is basically the only thing you can choose because the other shipping methods are too costly. My concern is do they actually ship or is it just a way to take peoples money such as mine. I have contacted the company and was sent an email saying it may take up to 6 weeks to deliver. Does this company have a history of not shipping orders? I have just sent another email to the company asking for them to reship. I'm hoping for a response in the next day or two.

The book I ordered finally showed up today, approx. 6 weeks after being ordered. It was not held up in customs so that can not be used for an explanation for delay. There were two shipping labels on the pkg. Both to myself but one showing it was shipped from Sweden the other from the U.S.. So, I'm not sure exactly where it shipped from. I am very pleased the book arrived but with their shipping methods I would never order again. Unless maybe it I had at least 2 months before I needed the book and I didn't care if ever arrived. They do however reply to your concerns quickly.
