I decided to publish a book through Lulu.com. In November of 2012 the book was published. During Nov. I sold 22 copies of the book via this website. I was supposed to get paid Dec. 31st via Paypal. Dec. 31st came an went and no payment was made however, $131.00 was missing from my "Lulu Revenue" and after multiple e-mails over the last 6 days. I still have not received any support or help in any way regarding my issue or the support ticket I submitted. I have submitted a seperate support ticket and this too went unanswered.
