Lumidaire This company is a rip off and crooked and should be shut down. My elderly mother thought she was getting a free sample and only paying shipping charges but it came the next month at $89.71 and $89.77. When I tried to return it, they would not allow me to return it. DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT TRY THEIR SAMPLES - they reel you in and take advantage of people. When I tried to return it, they would not allow me to return it. I spoke to a Manager (????) Dion Dre ID #1678217. He kept cutting me off as I was talking and wouldn't allow me to return for my elderly mother who is on a fixed income. He was EXTREMELY rude and told me that the customer is NOT always right. This company is doing things illegally. If you buy a product at any department store and don't like it, you return it. Not in this case. They don't want to hear anything you have to say - they just want your money. The government needs to put a STOP to companies like this that are misleading and crooked to a fault.
