On September 30, 2016, saw a commercial for the Luminess Airbush Professional Kit complete makeup kit, so I ordered it for my daughter, however they were advertising the product on one of my favorite Investigative channels showing Colorado on my Sattelite tellevision and it first started out for $39.95, saying it normally cost something like $199.99, but then they dropped it down to $29.95 on the next commercial then by the end of the hour it was dropped to the price of $19.95, therefore I thought well that is not bad, so I decided to order it.
I was never told that it would cost anymore than the $19.99 plus a small shipping, handling and processing (S/H/P). I thought how much could it be for that small box? When I got the makeup there was a green shipping order packing list with it. To my astonishment they tried to charge me $29.95 instead of the $19.95, but even worse they said I had to make payments starting in 45 days at the cost of $79.99 unless I call Customer Service first. I did so, on October 30th, 2016, the day after I received the package and spoke to Erica at extension 1115. She told me she would send me a "Return Authorization" which I NEVER RECEIVED via email! Therefore I called again on November 1, 2016, and spoke to Jamie and was told I would once again be sent a Return Authorization but to NO avail, NO R.A. again! I called again and was told they would mail it so I waited until November 15, 2016 and no R.A. On November 15, 2016 I called again and spoke to Porsche she too, told me she would send me a R. A. (return authorization) via email but I never received it.
I just recently tried calling again on March 30, 2017 and April 12, 2017 asking for a return authorization however on both occasions they would put me on hold and then they would hang up on me. That would really up set me!
