I am a current employee of Luxury Motors, Inc. After reviewing this complaint about our company, we feel compelled to reply. The $1,000 deposit for the BMW 530 was to hold the price of the car, not the car itself. The salesperson in question later found that the car had a salvaged title and immediately by your own admission called you to inform you of this situation. The deposit that was taken for the vehicle was 100% refundable. At which point, we have refunded your $1,000. It is our policy that if someone wants to purchase a car we will sell to the first buyer. Meanwhile, the car was inspected at your own discretion by Carchex who found the condition of the car to be less than perfect. This vehicle was priced accurately based on its condition and salvaged title. We staff a full-time customer service representative that will be more than happy to speak with you regarding this issue of $79 for the Carchex. I encourage you to call 866-749-9866 and speak with our representative.

If you had required them to certify the vehicle's condition to you in writing, you right now would be suing them for fraud. Unfortunately, you didn't so you can't. You will know better next time - verbal promises aren't worth the paper they are written on. If they won't put it in writing, it ain't so, and you ain't buying.
