Luxury spas inc Shipped to me the spa without all the major parts in it Lorain Ohio
At the end of 2017 September of 2017 I ordered a $2,000 steam shower and Spa. when it arrived there was no control panel shower heads or anything to complete and make the system work. I called them for over three weeks and never got a response no answer at the 1 877 number. I went to my bank and tried to reverse the charges and she fought it. I am stuck with a hot tub and spa that does not work and will never work they do not have Parts they do not stand behind their warranty and if you notice on their website they don't even offer any parts list or any warranty information. it is a big scam and I highly recommend using a reputable company stay clear of this company. I am in the process of hiring an attorney and it's going to cost me $2,500 but sometimes it's the point not necessarily the money. I am a single dad with two young kids we were remodeling our bathroom now we are stuck with no shower and no bathtub but I'm going to spend the $2,500 on the lawyer and hope for the best.
