My name is Bill Morris. Im 52 years old and have been with MRM approx one year. Ive been treated with nothing but respect for the work I perform. The company and all who run the Phillipsburg office have been some of the nicest people Ive delt with. Ive ran into problems in the field and everyone has gone out of theur way to help resolve any issue Ive encountered. Any equipment issues or breakdowns have been repaired immediatly. Ive been put up in Hotels, Meals paid and compensated for my time while repairs were being made. Ive been paid for every empty or loaded mile ever traveled. Ive been paid to tarp when needed. All equipment are late model Petes with 600 hundred to the ground that run. If I want to run long I run long. Short if I want too. Never a problem with a day off. Derick Schmidt in the office is one of the most straight shooring people Ive ever worked with. Want to Flatbed ? Come check out MRM. Your not a number !!! Your Appreciated.

This driver trying to slam mrm should be shot. Ive been here over 4 years now. Ive been here for more drivers that cant strap tarp back up shift or clean there truck. Just lazy pigs who want everything for free. Drivers just doing the dumbest thing everyday its a wonder they know how to get dressed in the morning. More worried about pulling into every truck stop in the world than getting loads done ontime.
Life is not that hard and i give derrick and maureen all the credit i can only be as good as they let me. I run california quite a bit because the new breed of loosers that call them selfs drivers i would'nt trust leaving new jersey.
As far as pay we are by the mile.on a california load its off like 130 miles witch is no big deal. It depends on the mile map your useing. Ive gotten paid for every lay over i put in for mile driven and turning wrenches. If its too much to ask a driver to change a burned out lite in my opinion hes not a driver.
I can train a monkey to be a flat bedder but i just cant fix stupid. So this driver who started $#&@ come find me or is swift keeping you too busy.

Look driver. I myself owned a small fleet of trucks, and started out in 1979. I no longer own any trucks and am now a company driver with MRM Specialized Trucking, and I love it.
Making sure you dot your I's and cross your T's before pulling into a weigh station, excuse me but as a professional driver shoulodnt you be doing that no matter who you may be driving for.
As far as the equipment goes, myself I think its great, my tractor has 57,000 miles on it and its great, some of the trailers has the rub rails damaged on them, but that could be because of drivers such as your self pretendting to be a proffesional.
Home time and earnings, I get home as often as i want, usually every friday and Derrick has no problem having me home. The money I earn is fair, look everybody wants to make as much money as possible, but a lot of drivers dont want to work for it, they want it handed to them and give nothing in return.
I will say, you are probably a hard person to please and I will add maybe you should go pull a dry box van trailer, bump docks all the time, so you dont get your hands dirty.
Trucking aint for sissies
Good luck in finding a trucking job that your going to get rich while sitting on your can with your phone glued to your ear crying to Derrick that you have to work for a paycheck.
And to Derrick, thanks for the job, you and MRM are great. Just dont hire anymore wannabees and sissies
