Bug, Since you posted anonymously, I can only speculate as to the incident you are referring. There are a couple of misleading statements in your story, the first being that you dropped off your wife's car. That's incorrect...she did. The fact we attempted to match the paint color on a car that had been previously repainted (whether you want to admit it or not) presents an almost impossible challenge for us. After concluding that we would not be able to satisfy you regardless of what we did, we mutually agreed (as you stated) to reinstall your old bumper, eat the cost of the bumper we bought for your car and call our business completed. Had you pointed out any overspray issue we would have been happy to take care of that for you. That offer still stands. How can you say that you were ripped off when the whole ordeal cost you exactly nothing? Frankly, I find the fact that you would choose to smear my company on the internet anonymously after we had mutually agreed on a solution less than honorable and certainly not truthful. I can only be thankful that customer's such as yourself are the exception rather than the rule. Good luck with your future endeavors, Jeff
