First off, I would like to state that I am a customer of Madaris. Often times, a website like this only has negative reviews of a company, but never anything positive. This is NOT a COMPLAINT, but rather a PRAISE and a TESTAMENT to how good of a company this is, to have do your work.
We had received a phone call from someone from the marketing department of Madaris, and they asked us about getting our windows done, so we set an appointment with them for a Tuesday evening at 6pm. We had been thinking about doing our windows, because the house was left to us, by my ahem, wonderful, dearly departed mother in law. The windows in the house were old wood windows, and were rotting out, and our utility bills were insane, we had to do something soon anyways. We had done some research before the appointment so that we at least knew what to ask and what to look for in at least a good quality window. The salesman came out and brought in a sample product of the window that they sell. He showed us his ID, and his company badge, to make sure we knew that he was from Madaris. We were pretty impressed with the quality of the window, and we really thought the guy was pretty good. It wasn't a high pressure situation unlike some of the other companies that we had come out, so we figured we had found the right people. We called a couple of the references that he gave us for a discount, and if we kept the price confidential we would get even more off. We complied and signed the paperwork. The salesman then got the general manager on the phone, and he welcomed us to the company, as well as promised us that they would do a great job for us. A few days later we got a call from the installation department, and he said he would come back out and double check the measurements, and then order the windows. In about 2 weeks our windows came in and a crew came out to install them. They look great, and we were pretty impressed how fast they installed it, as well as them cleaning up any mess they made. Skip forward a few months, and guess what? The windows did save us money on our utility bills. It's so crazy to think that just changing out the windows would save that much a month. We are very happy with our windows and the work done. When we need to get our gutters done, we will call them back and have them do that as well. If you guys at Madaris see this, I hope you know that we are very thankful for your help.
