I am reporting this company to every Attorney General's office that I can think of! These people ripped me off for $3,098 .I am not only angry, I am ashamed that I fell for such a line of complete bullshite! My problem started when my Homeowners Insurance raised my rates without telling me...and it was a substantial increase, that made all of my other direct payments bounce. Once I found out what happened, I tried to make phone contacts to straghten the mess out (to no avail). I cancelled my auto & homeowners insurance immediately-

Then my (ex) bank charged me over $900.oo in overdraft fees, and that really buried me in a financial hole. To make a long story shorter, No One would help me- and I then was assigned to Shapiro & Sons ( Memphis) for foreclosure. I was beyond stressed. My online search put me in touch with Mortgage Relief Services ( blah blah blah) and I received a phone call almost immediately after I sent the request for information. I was having problems with my computer "not responding" and "freezing" and clearly stated that problem to Wes Wendler at the time I was speaking with him. He patiently waited until his transmittal page came up and I "signed" up for their services, after hearing his speech about how they could help me stop the public sale of my home, and made me feel at ease. The red flag should have waved at me when he said that their "retainer fee" was $3,o98. And it needed to be paid before they could start any paperwork. I'd had $1700. in my account (which he had no problem of zapping) and then talked me into direct withdrawals of $760.22 in "3 easy payment plans". Then my computer's hard drive crashed, and I was SOL. Needless to say, I could not open any of their attachements, and so their paralegal sent me a letter saying they were closing my case due to "non-compliance" and keeping my money. WTF??? I was livid. I tried to call them but the first time all I got was some corny music- and when I finally talked to a female, she connected me to the paralegal's voicemail who said " Leave your name & number and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours". I am 62 years old & retired. I don't have the luxury of multiple incomes as many people do- If I wanted to waste $3,000, I could have donated to a better cause than MADER & Asses. I am wondering if these clowns are connected to Nationwide Relocation Services (also out of Florida) who ripped me off for over $12,000 in moving expenses. (Yes I filed a report on them, too).
