I ordered perfume that I could not get locally, Miss Dior Cherie by Christian Dior. When the box arrived, I could see the side of the box was stained underneath the cellophane wrap. When I opened the box, the cap was broken and I could immediately smell that the perfume inside was not Miss Dior or even close, it smelled like rubbing alcohol. The cap was a fake, completely broken, and small plastic letters "CD" were glued on crooked to the top of the cap. With the various things wrong, I knew this was clearly fraud.
I wrote to the address online and they simply said "ship it back." No procedure or even a full sentence, which confirmed my suspicions. I wrote them that this was a bad fake and I wanted them to pay return shipping. I received no response, so I shipped it back at my expense, over $12.00. I received no response, no credit to my Visa card. I wrote them again, with my complaint. After 2 emails, they said my account has been credited. It wasn't. I've written again to demand my account be credited. I will contact my Visa, although this has long been paid.
They are a 100% fraudulent company. I want my original money returned. I'd like my shipping returned as well, but at this point, want the original $53.99.
