Magical Memory Vacations - alpha Omega ripoff, deceptive business, lied about who they are, used business name that is out of business. Casselberry Florida
I recieved a # of junk faxes, when I called the 1-800-581-#### to complain I was told they were ALPHA-OMEGA 1015 SEMORAN BLVD CASSELBERRY FL. 32707 I sent them a letter and it was returned, written on the envelope was went out of business 2001.
I called back and I was repeated the same information. I called back again and pretended to be interested in one of there vacations and was told they were MMV. Magical Memory Vacations. What I gathered from that was when threatened with a lawsuit for unsolicited faxing, they gave out a bogus company name to avoid detection. I have called back and spoken with at least 6 different agents, when I complain I get Alpha-Omega.
All I wanted was a real company name and address to complain too all I got were a bunch of lies. If anyone out there recieves any unsolicited faxes with 1-800-581-31## or 1-800-660-75## (different# same lies). Buyer beware!!

I am affliated with Magical Memory Vacations (which is NOT MMV). They are a fullfillment company for many different independent sellers. The number listed in the complaint goes to a independent seller NOT Magical Memory Vacations as Magical Memory Vacations does NOT have a toll free number. While the customer may have a complaint with the independent marketer who sent him the fax he does not have one with Magical Memory Vacations. If he would like to email me personally I will discuss his problem. The bottom line is that people who buy discounted vacations get what they pay for. This person is attempting to say that a telemarket sales organizations business practice translates into Magical Memory Vacations as being a ripoff. He is absolutely wrong as we have over 7000 satisfied customers....just this year.
