Support the Hamilton Family instead of your own! Work really hard from start to finish, only to get a small paycheck 2 months later. If you have a problem with your paycheck, don't expect any explanation or a summary report. The owner, Jason Hamilton, is a real p***k. You may never meet or speak to Jason ("the queen") unless prompted by his lawyer, Steven Nathan. Constant lack of communication and forgetfulness within this company, therefore, work cannot advance unless approved or instructed by the owner(s). Due to their connections with the Alacrity Program, you get the best leads and learn as an outside adjuster without the certification. But, you must settle for less pay and no benefits (so you are easily expendable). A week before my hire, a man fell off a commercial building and died. I don't believe they attended his funeral or paid out life insurance to his family. It is really sad but thats how ruthless and careless this company may be. They disrespect they're employees for not knowing something that you were never instructed about. Major League Roofing is partnered with Mitchel Batalla for all exterior projects. However, his loyalty and longevity to the company, continues to rip off the insurance companies and take more out of your commission. At the end of the day, Major League Roofing are money-hungry piranhas who lie, cheat, and steal, from they're workers, insurance companies, homeowners, and independent contractors.
