Mark Cohen is very difficult to deal with, I highly recommend staying away from doing business with him. It has cost me and at least one other coworker a lot of unnecessary money because he does not return calls, will avoid calls (he answered when I called on a different number), puts off what you ask him to do, and in the meantime it is his clients who pay more fees due to his lack of promptness and competency.

Mark quietly tacks on more fees.  When questioned about a doubled monthly fee, he told steps to follow to get reimbursed. The steps he gave me were wrong, I had to find out from the credit card company myself what he was talking about, and I received no reimbursement when I finally jumped through all the hoops in his rabbit hole. 

I have found Mark Cohen is not knowledgeable and I had to the contact credit card merchant services several times to set his stories straight.  He kept passing the buck saying it was up to the company to reimburse a mystery fee, but every representative I spoke with assured me it was up to him, and then he finally refused.

Mark has terrible customer service skills and charges much more than other competing agents for credit card services.  Several of his clients dread dealing with him, just his name causes stress.  I even  closed my bank account because I cannot trust that he will do what he says.
