Please be advised that I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this lying cheat.
We feel he is a scammer. If you are paying good money, you expect to see results and this just was not the case with this so called lawyer Mark Brenner. We were very disappointed and would advise others to be cautious when working with this attorney. This guy, (((REDACTED))) is a real criminal and a fraudster under the shadow holding a Law License! He stole money from innocent poor people! The experience has been, to say the very least not good. Do your homework on this attorney. He has a history with the California Bar for complaints and does not follow through with his clients. When working with this attorney, you can expect a large bill and nothing to show for it. He’s fraudulent with horrible business ethics; I am going to file a complaint with the attorney general and state agencies. How could a crock like this be allowed in federal court. !!!!!BEWARE!!!!

I know this attorney and have used his services his to fight off citimortgage to protect myself. During the 2010 economic collapes I used Mark Brenners service and found none of the claims to be true that were made in the one and only negative post about his business. If anything, I found his services to be professional and highly reasonable after searching through many different legal referrals from business and personal colleages. To be a scammer, one must defraud in some fashion or another and from my bankruptcy case, I found everything to not only be above board but thouroughly documented at every step of the process. From client confidentiality to the final hearing in federal bankrupcy court, Mr. Brenner was with me and explained every step along with the advantages and disadvantages of each step. I only have positive things to say about this individual and his operation so if anyone has an issue, it will only be bcause they can not circumvent the federal bankruptcy laws and get something for nothing. My case was extremely difficult due to my 35 year career in the film industry being considered by the federal reviewer as "not a real career" and therefore suspect for a bankruptcy. Mr. Brenner was very helpful in explaining to the federal court moderator that there are many in the motion picture industry who are real union professionals as I am, and those individual deserve the same respect and consideration as any other individuals. What did he do?? You state nothing about the case which you state he "stole from poor people" - your report lacks alot of specifics about said case.
