So far the most rude and disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced. Sales rep hanged up on me 4 times before even starting to listen what I was looking for. Only after asking for manager the guy calmed down a bit and started to listen what I was asking. Accused me on starting an argument when in fact I just wanted to ask about different engine that was posted in their online directory.
After googling this company I realized that I wasn't the first one treated like that. I have an accent so the sales guy repeated many times that he does not understand me. It is the fist instance when someone tells me they don't understand me. Looks like the guy just didn't want to deal with me because I have an accent...
