marvin hall new life construction put up a fence, build 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in basement, put in an egress window, put new roof on house, build new deck with roof. jeffersonville indiana
we hired marvin hall on septmber 12th 2019 to do some remolding in our new home, he was suppose to put up a fence, built 2 complete bedrooms and a full bathroom in basement, put in an egress window in basement, put new roof on house, new deck and roof and dig new drain for outside. marvin had been coming 2 maybe 3 days a week for the past month and a half doing some stuff here and there. he was to have eveything completed by now, he was given almost $20,000 in seperate checks, last check was for $7500 for the roof and deck materials which were suppose to be delivered this past monday and has not came and he sent me a meassage saying its non refundable..
we have paper work from marvin that states what the cost will be for each thing we wanted done, how long it will take etc. things are partailly done and some not even started. he comes works for 2 to 3 days then leaves for a week. at a time with no return day or time. he refuses to give us our money or our materials back.
we just bought the house the first of september 2019, the only reason we got the house is because diane booths son mark died in a tubing account in the kokosing river in june 2019 and she was his next to kin, he left her the money so she could have a home and be able to keep her and his dog savanna.
