I was a match.com for only two days. After the first day I got a few strange responses from those that read my profile that is very direct, fun, and direct in nature pertaining to my likes/dislikes and what/who I seek etc. I did get a few strange e-mails from those who I didn't even write to or those that simply read an email from me and weren't a fit. After two days I simply tried to log on to match.. it stated I needed to e-mail the executive match team. I did and figured there must be something with their log on. I simply gave them my username/password information and said I'd like to know why I couldn't log on. They said they'd get back to me in 72 hours. After 100+ hours I wrote them back again as I didn't get a response the first time. finally after the second e-mail I received a computer response that simply no refund was due and no explanation as to why. I will never ever use this service again and I will indeed get my refund. Please someone contact me about getting my refund right away. Thanks.
