Here is the email i hot from this person. He advertised this on craigs list in Florida.
Hi I am selling this 2001 Honda Accord Leather V6 EX because my platoon has been sent to Afghanistan and don't want it get old in my backyard. The price is low because I need to sell it in the next 7 days. It has no damage, no scratches or dents, no hidden defects. It is in immaculate condition, meticulously maintained and hasn't been involved in any accident.I do have the title, clear, under my name. The car has 70,506 original miles It is still available for sale if interested, price as stated in the ad $2,400. The car is in Draper, UT .In case it gets sold I will take care of shipping. I hope there isn't a real Staff SGT with that name.
If there is you could be on the hook for defamation of character.
The scammer who posted this add for the car isn't a Staff SGT in the military and likely is not in the USA
