Ive went to that salon a few times. Everytime Ive had a great experiance. Many salons were once homes converted over to a business, that has nothing to do with the service that they provide. I can also promise you that the only reason why you feel as if your hair looked any better at the other place you went to is because they gave you what you wanted also what you 'had in mind" therefore having a more satisfied feeling.

I am a former employee of this salon and I have to admit, that story...well, alot of it is true some of the things stated I did not know about but...you know how gossip is in the salon industry! anyways, I just wanted to say that I was one of the stylists accompined out by the police, but matt did apoloigize...3 years later but he said he was sorry and that he was just acting on his managers advice. i appreciated the apology

I am a stylist and owner in FLA. If one of my clients calls and askes for me guess what! she gets me and only me. I do the whole process. The salon IS named after me, and i think that we all know that Vidal sasson is a chain and that when you call you will not get him personally to do your hair!(Is he still alive?)So cheri, your point is moot. Maybe if this was explained to the client before hand then this misunderstanding could be avoided!

True, I never thought of that. But if you notice, I did have MANY other complaints besides the fact that his asssistant colored and finished my hair, the biggest complaint being that I did not get what I asked for. That is really what this site is for, informing others about your bad experiences and forwarning them.

I don't know how to break it to you, but if you went to Vidal Sassoon, you will be very disappointed, as Vidal doesn't fly in from London to do your hair.
