We have initiated a court action with respect to this report. Specifically British Columbia Supreme Court action number 128865 in the court registry located in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Under this action we will be making a request on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, and if necessary initiate court proceedings to require Xcentric Ventures, LLC, to disclose identity information and documents about the author of this report.
