Maximus Inc Creating bogus court orders, stealing child support/child welfare monies, stealing Medicaid monies, and outright corruption. They created in my case Maricopa, Tennessee which never have existed . Reston, Virginia
Once you read this you will understand to what lengths Maximus Inc. will go to to recycle old child support cases. The theft by Maximus Inc. is massive in the child support/child welfare system. Maximus Inc has stolen $29,000,00 from me.
I have called Maximus Inc.corporate for assistance in settling this matter many times, and they hide behind attorneys. Maximus Inc Corporate Officers condone what their personnel do. They recycle old child support cases to keep their child support numbers up. In my case they created A COURT ORDER ON Maricopa, Tennessee. If Maximus Inc does not like persons telling the truth on their "dirty deeds" they should not do them.They steal men's monies then think that these men have no recourse.I have sent to Maximus Inc. enough evidence to prove my case. However, then or now, there is no town of Maricopa, Tennessee or court, superior or otherwise. But that hasn't deterred Maximus from garnishing my wages, jail, harassment. Liens. Mr.. Richard Montoni the President of Maximus Inc. has all of the evidence to back up every single word.
In 1998, Maximus/Child Support Enforcement created a case in which a mystical child was born. Notice of this action by Maximus/Child Support Enforcement of Tennessee was served via a package from Missouri CSE. Coincidentally, Missouri is another Maximus/CSE-controlled state. Enclosed in this package was a copy of a forged prenatal bill, a forged hospital bill, and a summons requiring me to appear in St. Louis County Superior Court to decide upon terms of child support. At this point the youngest child had been emancipated for the past 2 years and this was an apparent attempt to force payment for the next 18 years for a non-existent child. This appeared to be a "recycling" of the original 1991 case without providing justification for the action. I requested a DNA paternity test but that was immediately denied by Maximus/CSE in Tennessee on the basis that the "mother" would not allow a paternity test to be done.Eventually, I was able to avoid this obligation by proving to the Missouri Court that I could not have been anywhere near my ex wife at the time of the conception and the case was dismissed.
Perhaps some of the readers can shed some light on where Maricopa, Tennessee is? Maximus Inc. created a court order on this "Alice in Wonderland" place. No one has found it ever. Not even the Federal Bureau of Investigation, State Police, reporters, etc. Can you give Maximius the GPS coordinates for the mystical place?
Maricopa, TN only exist in "Alice in Wonderland". Just a scam to steal my money. I have sent to Maximus Inc. enough evidence to prove my case. Enforcement (DCSE) attempts to respond to all requests for information as quickly as possible.
A review of this case indicates DCSE closed your case on of September 9, 1999. On September 9, 1999 DCSE received a request from the Tennessee child support office, requesting -Arizona to withdraw all enforcement action, send a payment history, and to close the case. DCSE has no interest in this case and all enforcement activities have ceased.
