McCoy Federal Credit Union Service Fees Orlando, Florida
McCoy Federal Credit Union has now joined the likes of big banks in charging customers for not maintaining a minimum balance of $500.00 in checking accounts. I have spoken with the Credit Union's Customer Service and cannot get it resolved, so I will be moving my accounts to a Credit Union that does not charge these fees.
I have had an account there for almost 25 years and it was amazing that when I told the Customer Service Representative that I would be moving my account, there was no concern expressed on their part. No apology or comments that they were sorry to see me leave.
They do not seem to care about losing customers.
